Physical Therapist needed for hospital in Point Pleasant, WV!
What skills are required: Skilled (Swing), Acute Care, and Outpatient experience requested, but not required.
Is the specific state license required? WV
Dates of Coverage needed: Start October 21 for 13-week contract with high probability for extension.
Coverage Hours needed: Monday through Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Is weekend coverage needed?: Potential for Swing (Infrequent)
Information System Type: ReDoc and Meditech Expanse - Will train as needed.
Staff Size: 2-FT -PTs; 1- PRN- PT; 7-FT PTAs; 1-PT-PTA
Job responsibilities: Evaluation and Treatment Skilled (Swing), Acute Care, and Outpatient patients of all age ranges.
How many days of training/orientation are required prior to start? 1-Day Hospital Orientation and 1- day departmental orientation.
Dress Code: Medical Uniforms (Scrubs) or business casual (i.e. khakis and polo).
