Description
Outpatient PT needed in Snyder, TX for 13 weeks.
Certifications: BLS
Start Date: 2024-10-21
Shift: Days
Shift Length: 8 hours
Shift Notes: M-F, 8a-5p, 1/2 Saturday every 6 weeks
Notes: 1 year(s) of experience required;
# of patients treated per day: 10-12 per day total
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS
Other Certs Required for all PT:TX PT license required to be in hand
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Outpatient
What areas are they required to cover? Outpatient PT and 1 Saturday per 6 weeks in the hospital
Experience Required: 1 year preferred, new grads will be considered as well
Rehab Aides: PTA's: No PTAs on staff
Shifts & Scheduling: 8-5, M-F
Weekend Requirement: Saturday rotation as needed (every 6th Saturday) - Will get 1/2 day Friday off when scheduled for Saturday
Holiday Requirement: No
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual
Department specific orientation: 1 - 8 hr shift of orientation
