  • Monday through Friday, with cases scheduled daily unless a provider is on vacation

Requirements:

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible as a CRNA
  
  
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  
  
  
  


• State License: Must hold an active Arizona license


• Experience: Competence in nerve block procedures is essential


• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 5 days

• Holidays: Coverage includes major holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, 4th of July, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day


• Hospital Privileges: Not required, as the practice setting is exclusively outpatient
