We are actively searching for a qualified CRNA to join our team and provide vital anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures. This locum tenens position offers a consistent daytime schedule with the potential for supervision and mentorship opportunities. Thrive in a Collaborative Environment: Dedicated Schedule: Enjoy a predictable schedule with four 10-hour daytime shifts per week (7:00 am - 5:00 pm), offering a guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Diverse Case Mix: Apply your skills to provide anesthesia care for a range of procedures, including orthopedic, general, gynecological, and C-section surgeries (excluding hearts, neurology, and pediatrics). Teamwork is Key: Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in the operating room. Mentorship Potential: Depending on your experience, you may have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. We Value Your Expertise: We are seeking a CRNA with a minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting. You should possess strong skills in providing anesthesia for orthopedic, gynecological, urological, and general surgery procedures. While not the primary focus, a willingness to assist with C-sections is preferred. This opportunity is not suitable for CRNAs seeking to perform blocks or epidurals. Supportive Environment and Expedited Onboarding: Licensing Assistance: We understand the importance of timely onboarding and are happy to assist with the licensing process, with an estimated timeframe of up to 90 days. In certain cases, with a clean background, expedited licensing through emergency privileges may be possible within a few weeks. Travel and Accommodation: We offer travel support, including economy flights, rental car, and lodging, to facilitate your relocation for this locum tenens position.
