This unique position offers the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying a call-only schedule: Focused Inpatient Call: Provide essential 24-hour call coverage for inpatients experiencing gastrointestinal emergencies, including potential ER consultations and urgent endoscopic procedures. Collaboration is Key: Work alongside a team of hospitalists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Streamlined Workflow: Utilize the McKesson Paragon electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management. Temporary Commitment: This locum tenens position offers a short-term opportunity to fill coverage needs from July 1st at 7:00 am to July 17th at 7:00 am. We Value Your Expertise: We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a fellowship in Gastroenterology (preferred) who possesses a valid medical license in Washington. While ERCP certification is a plus, it is not mandatory for this opportunity. Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates with a clean malpractice history and background check.
