Locum Tenens: Neurology NP/PA Needed (Near Woodstock, OH) (ASAP - Ongoing)

Are you a dedicated and experienced Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a dynamic hospital setting near Woodstock, OH? We're actively searching for a skilled clinician to join our team and provide essential neurological care to adult inpatients (Job ID: j-229748).

Make a Difference in Inpatient Neurology:

• Contribute to a collaborative team by providing comprehensive neurological evaluations and management for adult patients across a variety of conditions.


• Utilize your expertise to manage an average of 10-15 patients per day, collaborating with one physician onsite (out of three total) and two other APPs.

Flexible Schedule with Supportive Environment:

• Craft a schedule that works for you with 12 locum shifts per month, offering options like 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.


• Benefit from a supportive environment with on-site laboratory and X-ray facilities, ensuring efficient patient care.


• Utilize the user-friendly Epic Carepath electronic medical record system for seamless documentation.

Growth Opportunities & Streamlined Credentialing:

• We are open to various employment models, including locum tenens, locum to perm, and permanent positions.


• Enjoy the resources of a Level II Trauma Center equipped with 10 operating rooms.


• We are willing to consider candidates who are highly motivated to obtain an Ohio license while working as a locum.

Qualifications:

• Board certification as a PA or NP is mandatory.


• An active Ohio license is highly preferred, but we are open to candidates seeking licensure.


• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.


• Experience with Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) is highly desirable.


• Verbal confirmation of a DEA registration is necessary.
