Job Details:

• Provider Type: MD, Anesthesiologist


• Hours: 7a - 7p (Day shifts), with on-call hours from 7p - 7a


• Rotation: 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off


• Call Schedule: OR Call - Rotated equally between providers while working


• Call Response Time: 20 minutes


• Supervision: Physicians supervising CRNAs


• Required Cases: Cardiac, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy pediatrics, ENT, neurology, vascular thoracic


• Proficiency in Procedures: Spinals, blocks, epidurals


• Caselogs Required: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks


• Number of Providers during the Day: 3 MDs; 10 CRNAs

• EMR System: EPIC


• Vaccination Required: Flu shot, COVID Proofs (or declination), and 2 Negative TB tests/Quantiferon; Varicella


• Licensure Requirements: NV CSR and DEA required; no TEE certification required
