NICU and Newborn Nursery Bed Size:
- CR: 4 beds
- LAH: 14 beds
- PAH: 12 beds

Average Daily Census: The average daily census ranges from 2 to 7 at all three facilities.

Annual Births/Deliveries:
- CR: 950
- LAH: 1,500
- PAH: 1,250

Scribe or Midlevel Support: Yes, 24/7 APP support available

C-Section Rate: Approximately 30%

EMR, Charting, Dictation: Utilizing Epic & PremiEHR

Shift Responsibilities and Procedures: Responsibilities include rounding on NICU patients, attendance at deliveries, providing well newborn coverage, and performing circumcisions.

PICU or NICU Level: Coverage includes both Level II and Level III NICUs.

Requirements:

Medical License State: Colorado - Will accept those needing to apply

Board Certified Required: Yes

Board Eligible Accepted: No

Other Certification Requirements: NNP-BC

Shift Information:

Shift Coverage Model: In-house coverage for 24 hours

Shift Times: From 7:00 am to 7:00 am

Call Required: No

Weekend Required: Yes

Minimum Number of Shifts per Month: Approximately 7 shifts per month

Temporary Coverage: Available

Additional Details: NNPs rotate between facilities.
