Are you a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? Join our team near Forks of Salmon, CA, and make a difference in patient care. Here's what you need to know:

• Exclusive Initial Search: This search has been assigned to our Pep Rally Partners for an exclusive initial period of two weeks.


• Credentialing Requirements: Candidate CVs must include month & date on work experience, with all gaps in employment accounted for. Immunizations required for credentialing include the 2022-2023 flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray results, positive MMR titer or complete immunization series, positive Hep B titer or complete immunization series, positive varicella zoster titer or complete immunization series, and Tdap immunization (within the last 10 years).


• Practice Schedule: You'll work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a minimum requirement to see 18 patients per day. The patient mix includes both pediatric and adult cases.


• Experience Requirement: Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting.


• Credentialing Process: Credentialing takes 30-60 days, with timely submission of applications/documents crucial for expedited processing.


• Additional Requirements: PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate, and NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II. An active DEA is needed before the start date.
