REQUIREMENTS

• Active PA State License [any bid posted without an active PA state medical license will be rejected]


• Active PA DEA (permanent PA DEA - address change will not be accepted)


• Board Certification through ABO+G with a subspecialty in MFM.


• Successful completion of a residency in OB/GYN accredited by the ACGME or AOA.


• Successful completion of a fellowship in MFM accredited by the ACGME or AOA.


• MUST ACTIVELY PERFORM DELIVERIES, C-SECTIONS, FETAL ECHOS, CVS AND GYN U/S.


• CNM IS 1ST CALL, OB/GYN IS 2ND CALL, MFM IS 3RD CALL (B/U TO OB/GYN).
