Facility Overview:

• Free-standing Emergency Department


• Average daily patient load: 25-35


• Staffed by a physician 24/7 (8:00 am - 8:00 pm, 8:00 pm - 8:00 am)


• Mid-level support from 12:00 pm - 12:00 am


• Each provider manages their own documentation


• Not designated as a trauma center; traumas transferred to tertiary center


• No admissions handled on-site; managed by the Hospitalist team at the main facility


• Providers responsible for ED codes


• IM/FM must be ABMS or AOA with ACLS/ATLS/BLS/PALS like other locations

Submission Requirements:
