Coverage Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- 1:3 Call Rotation (Nights and Weekends)

Setting:
- Clinic, Hospital, and Call

Total Number of Beds:
- 15

Support Staff:
- Medical Assistant, RN, Sonographer

Exam Rooms:
- 2-3

Onsite Facilities:
- Lab and Ultrasound

Services Provided:
- Basic OB/GYN services, including colposcopy
- Approximately 50/50 low-risk vs. high-risk pregnancies
- 60% of the practice involves GYN

EMR:
- Cerner

Credentialing Timeframe:
- 30-90 days

Additional Requirements:
- Detailed information and required procedures provided in the attached practice description
- Temp Privileges granted; Genesis Medical Center requires case logs for the past 2 years during credentialing
- Providers must have 2 years of both OB and GYN case logs to be eligible for Temp Privileges
