  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  
  
  
  


• Patient Volume:
  
  
  
  • Clinic Volume: Approximately 35 patients per day
  
  
  • OR Volume: Variable, depending on case load (10-15 cases)
  
  
  
  


• Support Staff:
  
  
  
  • Clinic equipped with a bladder scanner, Urodynamics, and UA
  
  
  • Dedicated support staff: 2 Medical Assistants (MAs) and 1 Receptionist
  
  
  
  


• EMR:
  
  
  
  • Cerner
  
  
  
  


• Onsite Facilities:
  
  
  
  • Lab onsite
  
  
  • X-ray onsite
  
  
  
  

Submission Requirements:

• Rates:
  
  
  
  • Hourly/Daily rates must be submitted at the time of name clear (No exceptions)
  
  
  
  


• Certification:
  
  
  
  • BC/BE Urology
  
  
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  
  
  
  


• Administrative Details:
  
  
  
  • Utilization of Kronos for clocking in/out (No paper timesheets)
  
  
  • No reimbursement for Med Staff Fees
  
  
  • No lodging booked through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia, Kayak)
  
  
  • McLaren is tax-exempt, and lodging taxes will not be reimbursed
  
  
  • Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
  
  
  
  


• Background Check:
  
  
  
  • Clean background required for quick privileging
  
  
  
  


• Licensing:
  
  
  
  • MI License in hand required at the time of clear

Certification and Licensing Requirements:

• BLS Certification


• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology
