Practice Highlights

•  Desirable Practice Setting: Academic psychiatry role within a large, established department with a collaborative team of faculty, APPs, and LCSWs

•  Work-Life Balance: Flexible mix of outpatient, inpatient consults, and academic time • light call (1:6) with strong resident support and minimal after-hours burden

•  Ideal Work Environment: Robust residency and fellowship programs with meaningful opportunities in teaching and research for the academically inclined

•  Clinical Variety: Broad scope including outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, ECT, TMS, telehealth, and specialty programs across multiple hospital systems

Compensation & Benefits

•  Competitive Compensation: $280K–$400K total earning potential (avg. $320K–$340K) based on academic rank and clinical involvement

•  Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus

•  Student Loan Repayment: PSLF and NHSC loan forgiveness eligible

Qualifications

•  Degree: MD or DO

•  Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry

•  Experience: Open to clinicians, educators, and research-oriented candidates at all career stages

•  Sponsorship: H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available
