Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $322, 663 – 423,573 based on rank + faculty incentive, new compensation plan Summer 2025
• Signing bonus: Open to discussion
• Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000
• CME allowance: Up to $3,000 per fiscal year
• Vacation/PTO/CME: 20 vacation days/year, 10 CME/year
• Malpractice coverage details: Self-funded policy under UChicago

Qualifications: 

· Board-certified or board-eligible physician; no prior leadership experience, academic pedigree, current NIH funding, or bench research projects
