Description
Dialysis Nurse needed in eastern TX Hiring during COVID-19. Actively interviewing Join a 200+ bed facility that is nationally recognized for chest pain and stroke care. They also have a great reputation among patients and have multi-specialty clinical expertise. This Dialysis RN will be on a 5 bed unit with typical census of 2+ patients; also perform inpatient dialysis at bedside. The Registered Nurse administers professional nursing care to patients; assesses patient status; implements nursing interventions to modify or alleviate nursing care needs of patients or significant others with ages varying from adult to geriatric. Patient care plans are developed, implemented, and evaluated to promote recovery and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Demonstrates an ability to respond to and provide direction to a changing workload in a positive and professional manner. Experience: prefer at least 2 years of dialysis experience but will consider strong ICU background
