Join this nonprofit, fully accredited, 116-bed regional referral center serving west Nebraska, northern Kansas and northern Colorado. With nearly 100 physicians representing 30 medical specialties, the Health system offers advanced medical services, including heart and vascular, cancer, orthopedic services, women's services, and a level III trauma center.

Additional details:

• Responsible for the coordination of care and ongoing management of the patients in the Medical/Surgical Department
• Facilitates patient, family, and caregiver education to promote continuity of care after discharge as well as optimal patient outcomes
• Participates in PI (Process Improvement) and quality improvement programs
• 40 hours/ week: 6pm - 6am
• Weekend and holiday rotation
• Tuition reimbursement program
• 32 bed units
• RN to patient ratio: 5 to 1
