Description
The certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) must be able to provide general and/or regional anesthesia under the direction of the anesthesiologist on duty, or in an urgent situation in the absence of the anesthesiologist under the direction of the responsible surgeon or obstetrician. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Graduate of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia; Maintain a current North Carolina Nursing license with annual renewal; Completion of qualifying examination given by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Maintains recertification bi-annually through accumulation of forty (40) continuing education points as specified by AANA.
Skills
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. This is a full time, permanent opportunity located just minutes from the Crystal Coast.
