Director, Emergency Department - Full Time Exempt

* BSN is required
* Advanced nursing degree desired
* Current Illinois RN license required
* Current ACLS & PALS required
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
* Proven leadership skills with evidence based nursing practice knowledge required
* Must be able to work under stressful situations effectively and possess good oral and written communication skills, especially in the areas of conflict resolution and staff development
* Maintain skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate clinical competence in caring for the specific age and type of patient population served
