MID LEVEL PROVIDER - PA/FNP - UROLOGY SERVICES

Job Details:  Seeking a full-time experienced Mid Level Provider to join our Urology Services Department. This is a busy practice with over 4,000 encounters a year. This full time opportunity is primarily Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It would include time in the Operating room and some on-call with the Urologist may be required. Responsibilities will include assessment, ordering tests, review of test results, treatment/development of plan of care, assisting with surgeries, on call for outpatient practice. This is a challenging opportunity to provide care to a variety of urology conditions. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, growing team consisting of one physician. This position has the potential to grow into surgical assisting also. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications: BA or BS preferred, graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program and licensed by the Board of Registry in Medicine to practice in the State of Maine; or completion of a Master's level graduate program as a family nurse practitioner with a current State of Maine license as a Registered Nurse Practitioner or license eligible.
