Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner needed at a great hospital in a perfect area of California for those who enjoy astonishing natural beauty and a peaceful, tight-knit small town atmosphere!

JOB SUMMARY: Works collaboratively with the Clinical Physician to provide a wide range of primary care services which encompasses health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of commonly encountered health problems and injuries, monitoring of stable chronic health problems, coordinates referral and follow-up care. Performs testing, writes prescriptions, and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols and available equipment. These services are provided within a holistic, patient care-centered framework to patients of all ages.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: BSN, MSN.
Experience:Three years experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
License/Certification:Current registration as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of California. DLD – NPI.
Basic Life Support Certification is required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms using the English language. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, patients, physicians, peers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
