Full-time RN, Home Health needed at a top critical access hospital in rural CA!

Provides skilled nursing or hospice care to patients in their place of residence under the direction of the patient's physician and a written plan of treatment specifically designed for the individual patient. Employees in this position work from broad policies and on general objectives, referring specific matters to supervisor only when interpretation or clarification of organizational policies is necessary. 

All levels Require: H.S. Graduation or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited school of registered nursing. Current valid CA RN license or Interim Permit. Valid Basic Life Support/Healthcare Provider certification. Current valid CA Driver's License. 
Level I: One year med/surg experience. 
Level II: Minimum of two years med/surg experience. Requires Hospice certification. 
Level III: Minimum of two years experience in med/surg, or public health and two years home health. Requires Hospice certification. 
Level IV: Meets level III requirements and PICC Line Certification.
