Full-time Family Practice Nurse Practitioner needed in Northern California!

A great hospital that is accredited by the Joint Commission and offers a full range of services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to work onsite at their hospital and support the 4 Family Practice Physicians that they have. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required.
