Looking for an Adult Oncology Nurse Navigator for a full-time, no weekend commitment position in central FL. 

This person will be responsible for ensuring the patient follows the treatment plan by building and maintaining relationships with patients and physicians. You are involved in coordinating the plan of care, assisting with appointments, transportation needs, and education for the patient and their family. 

The medical center is state-of-the-art and includes a 64-bed hospital with a 22-bed ED. Joining this team would mean joining a system that prides themselves on patient centered care.

Candidates for this will need to have at least 2 years experience in Oncology as a RN, their OCN, BLS and a FL state license.
