The surgical services manager is a liaison between the department, patients and director regarding patient care, budgetary projections and quality improvement initiatives.

This manager will oversee 45 direct reports.

Candidates for this role must have at least 4 years experience as well as at least 2 years management experience. BSN, BLS and ACLS are required as is a FL state license.
