Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 12pm
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
-Counsel clients in individual and group sessions to assist them in dealing with substance abuse, mental and
    physical illness, poverty, unemployment, or physical abuse.
-Interview clients, review records, and confer with other professionals to evaluate mental or physical condition of
    
client or patient. Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.

-Modify treatment plans according to changes in client status.
-Provide education to patients and families around issues related to adaptation to the patient's  diagnosis, illness,
    treatment and/or life situation.
-Maintain records and statistics in accordance with health center policies.
-Attend and participate in staff, committee, department, and other administrative meetings.
