Description
- Work Dates Needed: July 6th or as soon as credentialed for a min of 2-3 months
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4pm
- Worksite Setting: outpatient, FQHC - General Dentistry
- Scope of Work: bread and butter general dentistry, extractions, fillings and basic repair work, exams, crown and bridge work
- Average number of patients seen per day? 10-15 pts per day plus up to 20 hygiene checks per day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: unrestricted, active OH license, BLS, DEA
- EMR: EClinicalWorks dental module
