NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. PT needed - XX start date, XX-week assignment.

Certifications: BLS
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
