Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health - (PTA - HH)

Pay Rate: $1936.00 - $1994.00
Travel PTA Home Health jobs in Salem, OR are available for immediate start with 13-week assignments, working 8-hour days and seeing 5 to 6 visits per day. You must have an active Oregon license and home health experience.
Your responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, implementing therapy plans, documenting progress in Homecare Homebase EMR, and providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. Strong communication and organizational skills are important for this role
