- Shift Type: Days
- Rate: $1,407/35-hours
Requirements:
- 1+ years of PTA experience - [REQUIRED]
- LTC or Rehab Experience - [REQUIRED]
- Active PTA license - [REQUIRED]
- New Grads considered as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
- Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
- Resume - [REQUIRED]
- Skills checklist within 1 year - [REQUIRED]
- 0-1 reference at time of submission - [REQUIRED]
- Must have active OT license at time of submission - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Must redirect if submitted higher than the job posted bill rate!
