This is a full-time, outpatient role providing comprehensive eye care as part of an integrated primary care team. – Patten / Houlton
– Lincoln
– Corinth
– Dover-Foxcroft / Brownville

You will provide full-scope optometry services including vision exams, diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and manage ocular health.

You will:
•  Perform comprehensive eye exams and develop treatment plans
•  Diagnose visual impairments and eye diseases
•  Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and medications
•  Provide patient education and preventive eye care
•  Collaborate with primary care providers and refer to specialists as needed

Become part of a coordinated care model, contributing to improved health outcomes across a diverse patient population.
