PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility patients
• Patient Volume/Census: High-demand fertility and reproductive medicine practice
• Admissions: Limited inpatient responsibilities
• Rounding: Minimal
• Phone Consults: As Needed
• Case Mix: Fertility evaluations, infertility treatment, reproductive endocrinology, and advanced fertility procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
• BC in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG)
• BLS and DEA
• Clean Record
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• Completion of ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship required
• 3–5 years of post-fellowship REI experience required
