COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric - Ophthalmology (OPHT)
- Salary: Up to $340K + production
- Productivity based incentive plan
- Sign-On Bonus: $15k-$30K
- Relocation: Relocation assistance
- PTO: 44 paid days off (accrues yearly)
- CME: $5k + Days
- Paid: License, DEA, State Surcharge, Professional organ, Memberships and Societies
- Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF
