COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
- Up to $265K+ annual salary (negotiable)
- $50K Sign-on bonus
- Up to 20K relocation assistance
- 5% 401K match
- 3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance
- Interview travel expenses paid for
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
- 100% Outpatient - Geriatrics only
- Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
- Manageable caseload - patient focused organization
- Monday – Friday work week, no weekends
- Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray in most locations (120+ locations in 15 states)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)
- BC / BE - FM, IM, or Geriatrician
- New residents and experienced providers welcome to apply
