A well-established hospital-based Urology Clinic in beautiful Eastern Oregon is seeking an innovative and energetic Nurse Practitioner to join a highly supportive and mission-driven healthcare team. This position serves a local population of roughly 35,000 residents and offers the opportunity to practice “big city medicine with a hometown touch” in a welcoming community surrounded by mountains, outdoor recreation, and exceptional natural beauty.
Compensation and Benefits: - Generous total compensation package ($145k+)
- Strong base salary plus annual quality incentives up to $15k
- $20,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annual CME allowance + paid CME time

Position Details: - Four 10-hour shifts per week
- No after-hours call
- Work in a recently expanded 96,000 sq. ft. hospital, including:
- 5 OR suites
- 2 endoscopy suites (convertible to additional ORs)
- 15 pre/post-op rooms, 7 PACUs
- Modern cafeteria and stunning mountain views
- Average 14-17 patients per day
- Scribe support options available
- Epic EMR
- Clinic equipped with:
- BK point-of-care ultrasound
- Olympus cystoscopy equipment
- Laborie urodynamics systems
Ideal Candidate - Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Experience as a provider (not accepting new graduates at this time)
