Requirements:- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in ICU, neuro, or trauma nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS required; neuro or trauma specialty certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:- Assess, monitor, and document neurological and trauma patient status continuously.
- Administer medications, interventions, and life-support treatments safely.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
- Collaborate with neuro, trauma, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
