Compensation: $215.00 per hour

Annashae is seeking an Illinois state licensed Psychiatrist to assist in running a multi-unit facility located near Chicago’s high paced metropolitan area. Acting as one of the primary doctors some day to day functions will include initial diagnosis, treatment planning, monthly progress notes explaining changes in mental status, 90 day fitness status and other collaborative needs of the patients and facility. Case load is 25 

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid, unrestricted Illinois license
Current DEA with no restrictions
