Patients per day: Estimated 5 per day

Support Staff: Full hospital staff support

Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified OB/GYN (Board Eligible not accepted)

Licensure: Michigan Medical License and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required at time of submission

Certifications: BLS and DEA certifications required

Background: Clean background for fast credentialing process, required

Local Provider: Must be a local provider, as travel accommodations are capped

Additional Details:

Compensation: 24-hour daily on-call rate, including holiday call rates and callback compensation

Malpractice Coverage: Malpractice must be included in the provided rate

Lodging: Must stay at the designated hospitality house, no third-party lodging arrangements accepted
