Description
We are seeking a skilled Physician - Radiologist for an immediate 60-day assignment in Iowa, starting Sep 28, 2026. The incoming physician will work a Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8am-5pm with no call, weekends, or holidays. This role involves directing department operations, providing IT support for various applications, and managing modalities such as General CT, MRI, Xray, Dexa, and Ultrasound.
Responsibilities and Duties - Serve as Department Director.
- Manage 3 Modality Managers and Lead Technologists in each modality.
- Provide IT support for applicable applications, including PACS/RIS, Altera, and email.
- Interpret and manage various imaging modalities such as General CT, MRI, Xray, Dexa, and Ultrasound.
- Maintain an 8-9 hour workday, Monday through Friday, with an 8am start time.
- Adhere to a schedule with no call, no weekends, and no holidays.
Additional Information - Required Board Certification: Diagnostic Radiology.
