Requirements

• Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician


• Active North Carolina Medicaid enrollment required


• Active PECOS enrollment required


• Providers must be enrolled in both NC Medicaid and PECOS prior to submission

• Annual ED Volume: Approximately 32,000 visits


• Daily Volume: Approximately 90–100 patients


• Physician Volume: Approximately 18–20 patients per 12-hour shift


• Open ICU environment


• EMR: Meditech 6.1


• Temporary privileges available
