Practice Details

• Outpatient Hematology and Oncology practice


• Approximately 25 patients per day


• Assigned patient panel


• Clinic EMR: Varian


• Hospital EMR: Cerner


• Hospital privileges required

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology


• Active California Medical License required


• BLS certification required


• Fellowship training preferred


• Comfortable managing a full spectrum of hematology and oncology patients in an outpatient setting

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days


• Temporary privileges not available
