Description
We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 48-day assignment in Texas, starting Jul 8, 2026. This role involves working 8 and/or 12-hour shifts, handling a full scope of urgent care cases and in-office procedures such as I&D, sutures, and foreign body removal. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as a sole provider, closing charts by end of shift, and potentially managing occupational medicine services.
Responsibilities and Duties - Provide comprehensive urgent care services, ready to handle all cases and procedures without clinical training.
- Work as the sole provider during shifts.
- Ensure all patient charts are closed by the end of each shift.
- See B&B urgent care cases.
- Perform in-office procedures common in an Urgent Care setting including I&D, sutures, foreign body removal, toe nail removal, and laceration repair.
- Potentially provide occupational medicine services such as workplace injuries, evaluations, and drug testing.
