Description
A hospital in eastern Ohio has an opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Highlights: - Schedule: 24-hour call shifts
- Duties: Hospital rounding, surgery (elective and emergent), and assistance in clinic
- Cases: Cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and CABG surgery
- Preferred Skills: Removal of chest tubes, pulmonary artery catheters, epicardial wires, and intra-aortic balloon pumps, and vein and artery harvesting
- Support Staff: Office supervisor
- EMR: Meditech and eCW
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
