They are building their Long Care Facilities/Skilled Nursing Facilities team. PM&R & Behavioral Health physicians on site.

Collaborate with other Physicians, APP's, healthcare professionals to form a high performing team. 

Facilities are long term and short term
100 – 280 beds depending on location
15-18 patients / day
NP's on staff and NP's do discharges

The group is looking for consistency and high-quality care with a great work ethic.

Employed
Monday - Friday -  no nights, no weekends
Dragon dictation with AI scribe
Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long term care facilities
EMR: eClinicalWorks

Benefits:
Base salary - 320k - 350k DOE
Sign on - 20k
Relocation reimburse up to 20k
