Schedule

• Monday–Friday


• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Optional Saturday coverage available

Practice Details

• Outpatient audiology clinic


• Approximately 15–20 patient encounters per day


• Epic EMR


• Comprehensive audiology services for patients of all ages


• No call responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive audiologic evaluations


• Diagnostic hearing assessments


• Pediatric and adult audiology services


• Newborn through geriatric patient care


• Vestibular testing


• Videonystagmography (VNG) testing and interpretation

Requirements

• Audiologist (Au.D. or equivalent)


• Board Eligible or Board Certified


• Experience evaluating patients across the full age spectrum


• Competency performing and interpreting VNG testing


• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Credentialing

• Approximately 21-day credentialing timeline once a complete file is submitted


• Epic training required following credentialing completion
