What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced nursing care to ICU patients, implementing individualized care plans
- Perform ongoing assessments, including physical exams and analysis of labs and tests
- Document patient responses, vital signs, and care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in multidisciplinary team care planning to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist colleagues in delivering high-quality patient care and education
- Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning activities
- Respond to emergent patient needs and operate critical care equipment as required
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Illinois RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
