What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses like acute leukemia
- Monitor patients using telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias
- Administer blood products and IV therapies, including PICC line management
- Utilize rapid response teams to address patient emergencies
- Manage feeding tubes, central lines, and peripheral IVs
- Follow infection prevention protocols and patient falls prevention strategies
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic charting system
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license and all required certifications (BLS, ACLS)
- At least 2 years of relevant acute care nursing experience
- Proficiency in telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, and central line management
- Ability to self-schedule shifts and adapt to unit needs
- Strong assessment and patient communication skills
