- Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing, with inpatient hematology/oncology experience and MS Oncology/Tele experience, chemo certification required

What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized care for adult hematology and oncology patients, including those newly diagnosed with acute leukemia
- Administer chemotherapy and related medications following strict infection prevention protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs, interpret telemetry readings, and respond to rapid response team alerts
- Manage IV therapy, blood product administration, and central/peripheral line care
- Support patient falls prevention and infection control strategies
- Document care accurately using EPIC charting system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemo Certification
- At least 2 years of overall nursing experience, including inpatient hematology/oncology
- Proficiency in MS/Tele and telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation
- Experience with IV therapy, blood draws, blood product administration, PICC line management
Preferred:
- NIHSS certification
- Experience with infection control and fall prevention protocols
