What You’ll Do:
- Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervision.
- Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support.
- Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to supervising Physical Therapist.
- Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about physical health conditions and treatment benefits.
- Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings.
- Supervise and support students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.
What You Need:
- Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Commitment to ethical practice aligned with APTA standards.
