Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $39.53/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
- Assess patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatments
- Document all treatments, patient progress, and communicate with healthcare team members
- Offer consultation and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Support the discharge planning process and participate in patient care conferences and team meetings
- Supervise and support students under the guidance of the supervising Physical Therapist
- Adhere to all relevant practice acts, ethical standards, and documentation requirements
What You Need:
- Active State Licensure as a PTA (Oklahoma)
- Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
